I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CITYMD in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter, after this I was asked to come in for an in person interview with a site manager. After the in-person interview I was told I'd be notified about an offer in about two weeks. At this point I'm still waiting to hear back. According to the site manager, the hiring process takes about two weeks in which you get trained and at its culmination, must pass an exam. After that you shadow the head scribe to learn about scribing on the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
They got back to me relatively quick. I had a phone screen followed by an on site interview.
It was very conversational and everyone was super nice. Pretty easy and straightforward process overall
You screened by a recruiter first and then do an in person interview. They ask you to tell them about yourself and some behavioral questions like tell us about a time when you were working in a group and someone wasn't pulling their weight.
