I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at CITYMD (Brooklyn, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview was 45 minutes long. My interviewer decided to make a bit more free style. While the interviewer followed guidelines given to her, she focused on certain topics more than others. The interview seemed to go very well. She told me the person in HR would contact me further about starting the three weeks training. No answer from HR for a month and a half. Tried contacting them three days after the interview but no one answered. Although I wish I had the ppportunity to gain more experience here, it is frustrating that good candidates do not get selected. Pay is also too low. I thought this whole process was a waste of time as I have a strong CV. I guess it’s a matter of luck. I do not which qualifications they are looking for. Don’t know who is at fault since site manager seemed to like me but the recruiter forgot about me. Oh well, I already accepted a different, more rewarding job offer since. Good luck to others!
I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
They got back to me relatively quick. I had a phone screen followed by an on site interview.
It was very conversational and everyone was super nice. Pretty easy and straightforward process overall
You screened by a recruiter first and then do an in person interview. They ask you to tell them about yourself and some behavioral questions like tell us about a time when you were working in a group and someone wasn't pulling their weight.
