CJ Associates interview questions

Very odd interview, the Director who is now MD just talked about himself and what is wrong with this Country. He also trashed current employees, which was uncomfortable. He spoke a lot about nothing, clearly never having actually worked on a project. He spoke a lot about the company, but in a meaningless way. He spoke of projects that were at bid stage, but nothing had actually been won.
