What they failed to understand is that my current company operates multiple businesses and in a fast-paced environment, which requires employees like me to step up and manage different tasks across departments. It’s not about job instability—it’s about adaptability and problem-solving in a constantly evolving landscape. The way the interviewer handled this conversation was dismissive and condescending, showing a lack of understanding about how dynamic businesses operate.
