CLM Agency interview questions

Asked about previous experience, why I thought I'd be a good fit, if I would be able to do the job (and in quite those exact words) and how my previous roles to date made me eligible for this one. Met with two ladies, Head of Production and a senior Agent and both were quite harsh, direct and unforgiving in communicating with me and it was quite obvious they didn't really think I was suitable but yet I was hired some days later. I figured they just really needed someone but once I started at the agency I realized it was just the brutality of the working environment which had been reflected in their attitudes.
