CMR Capital Group interview questions

first of all, I received an email that asked me to provide my availability, and after I provided my availability, It took a whole week for them to get back to me. Second, after the in person interview, they sent me an email about the business plan and asked me to finish it. However, I have some questions about it, so I sent them an email, but no response after a month LOL. No idea why they still sent me the second round project if they had already chosen someone else. ridiculous.
