I applied for the role of real estate paralegal. No interview was offered. However, I was asked to complete an assessment prior to the interview. This assessment consisted of a grammar/spell check and also to answer seven questions. These questions were specific to real estate and needed prior knowledge to be able to answer. The job advertisement did not specify that prior experience was required for the role.
