Interview
Very straightforward, the people were friendly and didn’t spend much time answering unnecessary questions. I interviewed with a guy named Tom who was very cool. I forgot the other interviewers names. Interview process over all is pretty long. You have to go through about 3 interviews.

Interview
They gave a very brief phone interview just to see if you're still interested. The next day I was invited to attend the open house for the position. The open house was 3 hours long, but it was very informative. You were able to have a Q & A with the managers while you wait for your 15 minute interview. The managers were really friendly and got to know you and you them. After the open house, I was invited back for an hour long interview. The questions were basic scenario questions.
