Applied through a staffing agency, i had to do an extensive application which covered alot of my work history. Also, i had to present college and high school diplomas. They sent the application to CNH, I got a phone call from them saying they wanted to interview me, two people interviewed me, i was hired a few days later.

Interview
--Uniquely exhaustive application on the web (I felt like I would have no competition if I could just have the discipline to finish it - but it was worth it!)...
--Then after just a few days...
--Prompt response and long, friendly talk with HR...
--Then the very next day...
--Weld test, which was fair and reasonable...
--Conducted by manufacturing lead who was chill.
--Then very quickly...
--Long, nice talk with HR...
The whole experience was excellent.

--How do we know you'll show up on time every day?
(Some question like that)
--Desired pay?
--Are you willing to be moved around in the shop to different areas as needed?
--Can you work mandatory overtime if needed?
--Half-hour talk with HR, then separate weld test, all business.
