Interview
The interview format was multiple mini interview (MMI) though I heard that not all locations do it like this. I think there were about 4-5 stations. The answers are time. In my opinion I felt like I had enough time to answer.

great! super easy, they make you very comfortable and explain the process well and explain how everything will go for training and then will set you up with shirts and badges

The interview process included both individual and group questions. Expect to think analytically and share about yourself as well as your values regarding healthcare. The process went smooth and people are interested to get to know you and the environment feels welcoming.
