You get a call from a recruiter, how describes the role as Help-Desk, which is not, it's totally Customer Support
Then the Technical Interview is basically Talking in English for a few sentences, then writing an answer in English on paper.

The on-site interview includes a conversation with the manager and HR, in which they ask mutltiple question about you and what you look for in a job, and also they test your verbal Enlgish level, as well as a small written test to check your English skills.
