The interview was fairly easy and felt more casual than others I have been to. The hiring manager was professional and confident. It was a paired interview that moved onto a one on one in the second round of interviews. The interviewer and manager are very business-like and professional.

Question 1
What makes you the best choice since there's so many candidates
I applied online. I interviewed at COR Management (Portland, OR) in Jan 2020
Interview
Incredibly impersonal and unprofessional. Interviews were done two at a time and lasted only 20 minutes, and it was emphasized three separate times in the interview that they were "very busy" and "had a lot of applicants" so they had to keep things short and do multiple at a time. It made me feel as if they cared little about potential hires; not the best foreshadow to their level of care about actual new hires. Additionally, lofty promises were made about future salaries that could potentially be earned, but it was an embarrassingly low starting pay with no guarantee into one of these high-salaried management roles. Interviewer said and I quote "you can't afford a Tesla yet with us" as if a Tesla was what I was concerned about and not how I was going to pay my bills with the pay they were offering. Overall, it was a waste of time.
