I applied online. I interviewed at COVALENT MARKETING (Denver, CO) in Apr 2014
Interview
Interview process went very well, multiple interviews; different skill sets are reviews; but the processing period is a bit longer comparing to other companies; you may have to wait till a project coming along

Question 1
What would you do if a client doesn't want to listen to you?
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at COVALENT MARKETING (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with one of the consultants, after that I interviewed with 2 other consultants over the course of 3 months. At times I felt there would be long time lapses between the interviews, but when I checked in I always got an update.

Question 1
Describe your toughest project and how you overcame the hardest obstacle.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at COVALENT MARKETING
Interview
A company representative worked with me to coordinate the locations, times, and dates of each interview. I had several one-on-one interviews with Covalent Marketing employees that held different positions within the company (from consultant, to director, to CEO). Representatives from the company kept in contact to outline next steps along the way, which I appreciated. Although each interviewer asked different questions about education, experience, etc., the common theme was interest in knowing if I would be a fit within the Covalent Marketing culture. One of their offices is located in Chicago, IL (nice location in River North), and the other in Denver, CO (beautiful mountain view). Both locations had a fun, intimate, start-up feel.
