CPG interview questions

Simple interview process, just a couple of questions, very laid back and informal. One interview and then a job offer later that same day. Interview was with the lab manager only, no other staff present.

Hour long panel interview. Very affable panelist who took the time to get to know my interest and skills. Posed questions one at a time. Questions asked were non-basic, thought provoking and challenging to answer (in a good way). I liked that the questions posed were tailored to my experiences and were not cookie cutter interview questions.
