I was called, everything was explajned correctly, I had to do Language tests on camera and online. I had a jobintervie via zoom. It was a very long process lasting for a month. At the end they would summerize the points of the tests to make you an offer. It is very exhausting and for this salary and position not appropriate. Also you only gets bits and bits of information, you are like a machine they test. They don't tell you the exact content of your contract until the very last moment, so they have lavarage on you to abuse you. It is a sheme you are not treated equally whatsoever.
