Long winded process, took a lot of time between rounds. 3 rounds in total, all virtual, but in the end i did not receive an offer. However, i learned a lot from the process.
Three rounds of interviews, all virtual, very personality based. The recruiter is incredibly involved until it’s deemed you’re not their kind of fit and you get ghosted. Don’t waste your time, terrible pay for what they want you to do.
Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn. Lots of steps and time between the first round and second round. The interview prep with the recruiter was not particularly helpful-- not relevant to any questions/topics in actual interview. After the interview, the recruiter contacted me two days to relay I would not be continuing the process. She elaborated on feedback the next day in a 10 minute phone call. The "feedback" was that I was: "Unprofessional, unpolished, and they didn't like how I showed up." I asked for examples and there were none. Not a single example. So, not quite constructive or helpful. Other than that, the interview itself was pretty straight forward.
