CSBio interview questions

Two interviews: first by phone and then in person. No difficult questions or quizzes, they mostly just asked about me and gave me info about the job. And the job was offered on the spot.

1st Interview was with one of the managers. Basic questions were asked about my resume and why I wanted to go into the peptide manufacturing chemistry. 2nd interview was with the CFO, who made the case for why the company's employees needed to work overtime to compete in the peptide manufacturing industry and to be noticed by upper management for advancement within the company. The 2nd interviewer came off as abrasive, but his passion for the work was unquestionable.
