Interview
It will be started from phone interview. When we pass at the stage they are going to invite the candidate for walk in interview. The interview consist on English and IT assessment. Your English must be fluent and must be influenced by local dialect, it must be pure English. In order to succeed, we must pass both assessments.

IT assessment: this test consists from various disciplines of IT like networking, hardware, & software trouble shooting

Interview
Only interested in persons with security clearance. Had done the job as a government employee for 15 years but my clearance had expired when I left DFAS during the relocation to Indianapolis. Everything required by the position was exactly like the position I held in Civil Service.
