        I have been working at CSC full-time for more than 19 years

        Pros

        Absolutely none now whatsoever, one pay rise in about 11 years now not even financially viable. Will it pay the bills? inflation, not anymore. It close to where I now live.

        Managers give not a care about employees, ridiculous hub model which is supposed to match what the competition have but so few staff it doesnt work and clients are feeling the pain as per the employees. constant stupid diktats from the U.S of A because Laurie wants to reduce the headcount and make existing employees do more for less. Travel ban so you will not meet your manager if they are chesterfield/chorley centric...
