I sent documents before the meeting, using Teams as the meeting software. The meeting was divided into three stages: HR, Manager, and Assistant Manager, each lasting about 30 minutes. In the HR stage, HR provided an initial overview of the company's environment and then asked questions related to the resume and self-introduction. During the second stage with the Manager, we discussed the work that Sustainable Consultants are involved in, asked about expectations for the company, and inquired about what I hoped to learn. In the final Assistant Manager stage, we also talked about the job's responsibilities. Since I had researched the company's green and carbon credit aspects, I brought up the Assistant Manager's expertise and experience. The company's team members were very receptive to the interviewee's input and provided timely feedback. It was a very enriching interview experience for me.
