Applied for a retail solution architect and since the role was closed the recruiter recommended another role in the Aetna division.
The process was
1. Thirty-minute call with the Recruiter call that explained the role and the interview process
2. Thirty-minute call with the Director of Architecture who posted this job requirement

Interview
My entire experience consisted of talking with a recruiter, then a phone screening, followed by a first round with the manager, and a second/final technical interview round. Then the offer consisted of a verbal non-official call followed by an official letter a few days later.

First round was thought process evaluation while second round was more technical with a focus on cloud computing solutions.
