3 hours with lots of tests. Engineering tests, iq test, English language test, verbal tests and personality test. Also conersation on salary and responsibilities. Be prepared for a long time interview by owners.

First round of interview is an initial phone call, not very long in duration, with one tricky question and then questions about you CV/skills Next round consists of in-person quizzes (mechanical questions, visual and maths) and finally a Solidworks test.
