Interview
Took the case, it was thorough but fair. Overall the experience was good. I met with 4 different people, two of which were the founders of the company. In the the end I didn't pass the case but they provided me feedback and were transparent about where I made mistakes. Overall a positive interview process.

Interview
After the recruiter reached out I applied for the role. I had a intro interview in December - then they went ghost for the next three weeks. I received an apology email and request to have an interview with what would be my boss. I set the date and time. Less that 12 hours before interview, I get an update that I won't be meeting with the manager of the role, but the CCO of the company. He showed up late and asked generic questions. A week later I got the email saying that I was being passed over for this role.
