I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at California Hospital Association (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
I applied online on Indeed and received an email from the HR Manager to complete a personality assessment to make sure I would get along with the team. The HR Manager then called me and asked me to come in for an interview and skill assessment. Second interview was a group interview that consisted of HR Manager and the department Chief and his senior employee. They asked the usual questions "tell me about yourself" and about strengths, weaknesses, how I handle disagreements, and what management style I prefer etc. When I asked them questions regarding the position, they really did not know much about the former employee's duty or have any plans regarding training and development. They also did not call any of my references either but I was offered the job.
