The interview was a 'getting to know you' portion followed by career related questions meant to test your experience and knowledge. They start by having you go through your personal job history, followed by asking what you know about Callidus and why you want to work for them. They then touch on your personal ambitions and goals before the latter half it the interview which are skill testing questions. These questions will be field specific and are used to determine if you are of the experience and relevant expertise they're looking for. All of this was done over the phone prior to a second interview which is in person and aimed more at seeing how you mesh with your potential coworkers. During the second interview, you will come into the office and have lunch with the crew so they can get to know you as well.
