I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cambridge Behavioral Hospital (Cambridge, OH) in Jan 2013

Interview

You have to apply in person with resume. It took a month or so to get a call back but worth the wait. Once I received the call. I interviewed and went to a training class the next week. Training was 2 weeks.
