The process involved HR discussion which followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. The questions were mostly based on motivation for the role and about previous experiences. Also, there were in-depth power electronics questions. Unfortunately couldn't get shortlisted for the next round.

The technical discussion focused on core power-electronics topics, including device-level concepts. As they are a semiconductor manufacturer, the interviewers had deep domain knowledge, and I was asked detailed questions on device characterisation, such as the switching behaviour of a MOSFET.
