My application was made via the Indian Head Camp website. Following my application, and after a little discussion over email, I then had an informal Skype interview. The Skype interview was extremely relaxed and was really just a chat about myself and the camp.

Met at coffee shop. Interview was very easy and interviewer was very friendly. We simply chatted for a bit and discussed by experience. Post interview, I was told that I would be offered the job but that I should take a couple of days to consider whether or not I wanted to accept.
