Was contacted by email and it took the recruiter a couple of days to reply to confirm a phone interview time.
Interview was about 20 minutes, spoke with recruiter.
Based on what recruiter said, it seemed as though they hire on a first come first serve basis and not assess the entire talent pool before hiring.
Recruiter advised they would follow up in a weeks time. Received no follow up nor a reply to the follow up email that I sent.
