Contacted by HR to schedule the interview after I had filled out the online application. The online application had questions about technical skills required to perform the job. Both HR and technical interview conducted at the same time. Asked to provide reference checks after 3 days and received the offer in 10 days.

Interview
Overall a good process. I was recommended by a friend so that helped speed things up. I also had just finished a Continuing Education certificate that really related to the job I was interviewing for, that helped alot. There was a phone interview, then an in person with the manager and another Senior Analyst, then finally a final in person with the AVP. The whole process lasted about 3 weeks end to end. I negotiated my salary up by about 5k, which they seemed comfortable with.
