I recently went through a multi-stage interview process and overall, the experience was underwhelming.
The initial contact was prompt and professional, and the first round of interviews—mostly focused on my background and general fit—was fairly standard. However, as the process progressed, there was little clarity on the structure or timeline, and communication between rounds was inconsistent. I often had to follow up to get updates, which made the process feel uncoordinated.
While the interviewers were generally courteous, some seemed unprepared or unfamiliar with my resume, leading to repetitive or generic questions. The final round, which was supposed to be more technical and case-driven, felt hastily put together and lacked depth. It was difficult to assess what they were really looking for in a candidate.
Not a terrible experience, but certainly not a standout one.
