The process was long and a bit tedious, starting with a well detailed written exam, going through psychometric evaluation and then a technical exam. I did not pass the thechnical exam, which was very much focusing on the very technical side and was simply not what I studied for. My request for another test in a different programming language was ignored and a few days later I received a rejection letter.

Long, intensive, and pointless. Made me write a 9 page "written interview" and take an online assessment only to reject me over lack of experience after 3 weeks of interviewing. They had my resume from the start, so I wish they would have rejected me sooner to avoid wasting my time. Interviewer had a strange "You should feel lucky we're even giving you this opportunity" attitude about him. Not a great time.
