3. Psychometric Test – GIA test (~45 mins)
4. Evaluation – Multiple interviews (technical, management, HR)
5. Executive – Final round with leadership (CEO/CTO)
The written interview is exhaustive, focusing on academic rankings, leadership roles, and deep technical context across data platforms, cloud, Python, and Linux. Despite completing all assessments, I was rejected after the psychometric stage. Overall, a rigorous and structured process.
