I interviewed with Cape Union Mart back in 2022. The process went very well, the hiring manager was really nice. But it was really inconvenient to go all the way to a head office just for an interview. It would have been better if the interview was at a store, so that its more convenient to get there

I had my first interview with the leader then the area leader and it was very easy. I was asked questions about sales and if I would be able to make sales.

Everything went in oder and process was smooth... everything was checked like criminal record, you not under Dept review as well as training provided was good... from online to the day of interview
