Capsitech IT Services Web Developer interview questions

It was a pooled campus drive, and it was the worst experience ever. Even after qualifying for the in-person interview, they never conducted it. After passing the technical interview, they said they would conduct the in-person interview, but they never did. I waited for a few weeks with no mail or notification. Then, one day, they suddenly declared on their LinkedIn page that they had successfully conducted the drive and selected some students. What? What kind of behavior is this?
