Capstone Educational Group interview questions

There were two stages to the interview. The first interview was a standard interview asking questions about my education and experience. The second interview was the founder asking some harder questions and talking a bit more about the practicalities of the role.

Two 30-40 minute interviews focusing on classroom experience, including practical teaching skills and classroom management strategies. Asked about the usual behavioural questions, and why I wanted to go into teaching.
