There are two round of interview. One round will taken by Hr and last round will be held by Founder. The interview process is quite simple. They focus most on the past experience.

Throughout the call, he was on the phone and wanted to schedule a round the next day. When I reached out to him to re-schedule the call, he asked me to justify my salary as I have a career break. Could not understand Capwise's policy here.
