Applied on LinkedIn. A senior person there reached out. He asked CTC and scheduled a call. Throughout the call, he was on the phone and wanted to schedule a round the next day. When I reached out to him to re-schedule the call, he asked me to justify my salary as I have a career break. Could not understand Capwise's policy here.
