Carbon Atlantis Process Simulation Engineer interview questions

For a company which has achieved so much in short time, their interview process is very shoddy. Interview process consists of 4 rounds including the final on-site round. Intro call, followed by technical assessment, culture fit and on-site assessment. No consideration or respect given to the time invested by the candidate, every round ended up taking 15-45 mins more than the allotted time. Received rejection at the end of final round because I was not 'committed' enough.
