Interview
Consisted of 2 short interviews. Informal relaxed interview to determine whether you had actually read the requirements and were able to commit to the program. Also assessing how engaged and keen you are about the opportunity.

Interview
Asked about background and motivations for joining the climate founders programme. Probed a lot on whether I would be willing to leave current role before joining the programme and if I would be completely committed to working in a startup. I found this quite uncomfortable given it was just a first round call to find out more about the opportunity, which is initially temporary and unpaid.

Interview
A 15 minute interview which focused on motivations for joining the scheme and willingness to reduce other commitments. I was told that there would be two interviews, but was turned down after the first one.
