Poor interview process - lack of human approach, repetitive questions, copied Amazon’s interview structure despite being a smaller and different org, and there felt like a lack of company culture.
First-stage interview. Okay interview but felt interviewer was not hugely personable and never received any follow up from them. Interviews and hiring processes are very 2-way these days so think it's important for companies to ensure they notify candidates of whether they have or haven't progressed and share feedback.
