Interview
The interview comprised of 3 stages. The first one was a 15 minute conversation with the Founder (Online). The second one was role behavioural questions with the manager (also online). The last stage was in person and consisted of 3 back to back sessions: 2 interviews (team and culture), and a presentation. Overall, despite not getting an offer, it was a great experience and I enjoyed getting to know the team. My only concern was that there were way too many sessions, and some interviews could have been combined into one.
