Process initially went through a 3rd party recruiter. Process took over 4 weeks, someone else's offer letter sent to me in error, no formal rejection after 4 meetings with c-suite - just ghosted.

1 screening interview. Followed by 2 interviews to meet some of the members of the teams. First interview is a technical and to discuss about your achievement. The second one is to meet other team members to have a good fit.
