Cut throat. They seemed to try to find a way to disqualify as opposed to determine if you are qualified. I was overqualified for the position, but they seem to have had their mind made up that because I had been promoted from sales, I was scared of sales or no longer interested. They assumed I had been burnt out of sales and would not accept otherwise. it was a two on one interview as well.
