Interview
Job Application consisted of Cover Letter and CV then a phone call with a regional manager. The initial phone interview was informal and chatting more about the role and what your previous experience has been. After this they shortlist and invite those into the office for a formal interview. It is a relaxed interviewing environment but these people literally train people to interview everyday so that expect you to come uber prepared and to 100% use the STAR method in answering interview questions.

Interview
You'll get a call a couple of days after submitting your resume, they'll conduct an informal phone interview as a first screening point. Then, they'll ask you in for a face to face and be sweet as apple pie. The questions are neither challenging, nor do the answers to your own questions give you a good insight into the company. Indirect answers are a specialty.
No one conducts reference checks which is an alarm bell to begin with, and you're offered the job with a contract from here to chine in length that essentially says you won't sue them for being terrible employers.
You'll sign on the pretense that it's all give and take (it isn't).
