I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill (Hopkins, MN) in Jan 2013
Interview
the interview process was pretty standard. the first half of the interview you learn about cargill's mission and vision as well as values that they hold. then they will ask you a series of pretty typical interview questions like "tell be about a time when you worked with someone you didn't agree with" or " what is a strength or a weakness?" Cargill has certain competencies that they like to see such as integrity and the desire to continue learning. this sometimes leads to unusual questions like how do you keep up with current events and how does this impact you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cargill (Mechelen) in Mar 2024
Interview
It's a two step interview process:
The first part consists on a call with HR to see if your profile characteristics meet the profile they are looking for.
The second part consists on a face 2 face interview with the Customer Service Supervisors. You'll be asked to do a role play with them.
