Interview
The hiring process was very professional. There was a multitude of behaviroal based questions around their leadership model. It consists of the 'heart of leadership' - courage, conviction, and integrity.

Online technical interview with relevant questions to the department's research work. Focus on R&D expertise, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills related to your background and upcoming project. Make sure to prepare basic questions like "Tell me about your background?"

Interview
Mostly just technical questions with two analysts that work in the department, going over and talking about resume and then technical questions based off of the resume related to the role's requirements
Online, two other people interviewing. They were very friendly. Explained each of their roles then asked about myself. The following was just more behavioral based being it was first round.
