Interview
One 20-minute screening call with an HR team member, three video interviews (Head of Data Visualization, VP of Product, and Chief Data Science Officer) around 45-60 minutes each. All interviewers were engaging, interested in my background and perspectives, passionate about their respective specialty areas, and excited about their work at Cart.

Question 1
One of the best questions I got (from two of three interviewers) was to describe my approach to data visualization engineering. This gave me the opportunity to explain the "why" behind my preferences and gave the Cart team the opportunity to make sure we were a good collaborative fit with regards to processes, philosophy, and asynchronous work.
