Interviewed through to final rounds - twice, across two separate processes. Both times the technical bar was clearly met; but no feedback was given. Two full interview cycles ending the same way, with limited concrete or actionable feedback, made the time investment hard to justify.
There was two rounds of interviews if you pass the phone screening. One with the operations manager and the last one with the site director. Asked average questions, very small company.
