Interview
After applying I was requested to do an online assessment, followed by a 45-minute interview with two consultants at the firm. The interview was conducted virtually included a business case, a behavioural component, as well as time to ask questions to learn more about the role and the firm.
Despite not being moved forward, the interview experience was really positive. From applying to receiving an offer and then a response, the process took no more than 2 weeks, including time for me to choose a suitable interview date.
After the decision, the interviewer took the time to call me and provide direct, specific feedback on how I could improve, which was genuinely appreciated and quite rare. Both interviewers made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the process.

Question 1
- The behavioural component was mainly asking about your previous experience, types of client projects you've worked on, general getting to know why you applied type questions
- The case interview format followed the standard structure that consulting firms follow, asking you a specific broad question related to a client and their problem

Interview
30min video interview followed by 2 longer video case interviews. Final stage is in person 4 hour case interview with a presentation in front of a panel.
It took 3 weeks after applying to get 1st interview. 5 more weeks for 2nd interview, 2 more weeks for 3rd interview.
Had an extremely kind rejection phone call involving plenty of helpful feedback. Everyone I talked with at Cascadia was exceedingly friendly.

Question 1
Case 1: Typical management consultant case. A new player is entering our clients market. How should our client respond?
Case 2: Theoretical style case study involving no calculations and was more of a verbal walkthrough of my framework and thought process. Was presented with a future world scenario. What framework would I use to find what was impacted from our current world to get to that new world?
