It took almost four weeks. The first interview was with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the Director of Product. I answered all the questions, but in the end, I was rejected due to a lack of domain-specific experience.
If that was a key requirement, it should have been assessed before moving a candidate through such a lengthy process. If I wasn’t considered a fit for the role, I likely wouldn’t have applied in the first place.
The interview process was long, and it was disappointing to see domain experience become the deciding factor only at the final stage. Companies should be clear from the start about what they need, what they are looking for, and the compensation they are willing to offer before putting candidates through multiple interview rounds.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Casumo (Skopje) in Mar 2025
Interview
very easy, and quick
only 2 rounds, pleasant. The overall process was intuitive, nice open discussion, transparent; clear expectations described and aligned with my principles; i liked all that they shared and it was easy decision to make at the end
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Casumo in Oct 2025
Interview
There were two stages in my case. I believe usually there are 3. First interview was with the line manager, then one with HR BP, and with the Director of the department. The interviews took place in the office headquarters.
Extremely pleasant people and interactions - relaxed and chatty. I enjoyed that it didn't feel overly stiff and the conversations flowed naturally. The longest interview stage was with the HR BP - which I haven't experienced previously. However, it's a good stage to cover whether you and Casumo actually align. Every person answered all my questions as well.
